Hey Willy.

I've been analysing our setup here, and it looks like we *really* need the least connections first balancing asap, so much so that I'm being pushed to patch our proxy to use it, rather than wait for it to be released.

I'm wondering if the version of the patch up on the website is the most recent version, and if it's that one I should apply.
