[ANNOUNCE] haproxy 1.3.14.4

Hi all!

I've just uploaded haproxy 1.3.14.4 with the fix for the truncated stats on the unix socket reported by Krzysztof Oledzki. It also comes with a few minor build yet appreciable enhancements for distro packagers from Christian Wiese.

As the shortlog shows it, if you don't have any build problem and are not using the unix socket for the stats, you don't really need to upgrade :
