Rate Limiting Blog Link

I just found out that HAProxy can do rate limiting. This is pretty cool.

The HAProxy website points to a ServerFault blog post that does not exist. Can someone please correct the URL:
http://blog.serverfault.com/post/1016491873/

Also, is there a way to simplify the process of rate limiting. This looks rather confusing.

A simple command line option with a way to connections behind an HTTPS terminator (such as stunnel or httpd) would be nice.

For example, I don't want to have to worry about defining a table to store these IP addresses. Also, in a previous email I mentioned something about X-Forwarded-For IP addresses being comma delimited. This table would have to take that into consideration, I guess.
