I'm now happy to say that I will go for HAproxy as our LB solution.
I must however buy a pair of servers which I will setup with heartbeat.
How much memory and CPU is good enough for a LB ? I will at the same time buy some other servers so I want to "tune" the order to get most bang for the buck.
