Hi,

I'm having some kind of trouble right now, some clients are experiencing a white page problem,
I asked them to do a LiveHTTPHeader recording of the http session and the problem showed like that:

http://www.domain.com/<uri>

GET /<uri> HTTP/1.1
Host: www.domain.com
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; fr; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0
Accept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8

Accept-Language: fr,fr-fr;q=0.8,en-us;q=0.5,en;q=0.3
Accept-Encoding: gzip,deflate
Accept-Charset: ISO-8859-1,utf-8;q=0.7,*;q=0.7
Keep-Alive: 300
Connection: keep-alive
Referer: http://www.kite-tek.com/boutique/panierb.cfm?code_lg=lg_fr Cookie: PSRVTRACK=ID21

HTTP/1.x 200 OK

I've tracked back their access in the haproxy log and apache log:

Nov 13 17:17:07 127.0.0.1 haproxy[12896]: <ip>:50217 [13/Nov/2008:17:17:06.764] phx_lb front-offices/web21 9/0/0/58/479 200 7515 - - --VN 371/371/56/2/0 0/0 "GET /<uri> HTTP/1.1"

<ip> - - [13/Nov/2008:17:17:06 +0100] "GET /<uri> HTTP/1.1" 200 7258 "http://www.domain.com/<uri.b>" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; fr; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0" 585 7515 0

Could someone help me read the haproxy line ? The traffic is compressed by apache2, but only a few users are affected by the problem.

Any idea ?? Received on 2008/11/14 11:02
